We have an unusual editorial opportunity. Auckland will host the Louis Vuitton Pacific Series (Jan. 31 – Feb. 14, 2009), a yacht racing series created with an America's Cup atmosphere. It's a unique opportunity to place writers on board Team New Zealand's boat and basically be part of the team. Writers will be able to spend a day with team members and walk around their base (not open to the public). We are not looking for an ordinary sailing tale but instead have the series be part of a broader story of what New Zealand has to offer as a destination – in adventure, luxury, culinary, culture, etc. Only firm assignment(s) with top publications will be considered.Contact:
